Business Systems Analyst- Fraud Protection

The business analyst in this role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to create both experience and technical requirements for rich features and functionality to support our B2B partner experience on our website and supporting systems. One of the primary responsibilities of the business analyst is to bring the right set of stakeholders together to ensure we have aligned requirements to enhance our partner experience. Strong facilitation skills Able to demonstrate analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to analyze and document business process flow, data flow and requirements/users' stories in clear, concise way Able to synthesize data into meaningful, actionable documents Ability to assist in UAT includes defining test strategy and risks Experience in creating feature roadmaps Ability to contribute and help create business cases Strong understanding of ecommerce technology A day in the life: Converting and documenting business requirements into technical requirements Translating business strategy into roadmaps for consumption by teams Prioritizing requirements based on business and technical needs Developing and documenting testing strategies and managing testing execution Leading impact assessment, and dependency management and ensuring architectural decisions included in design Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with business and technical stakeholders Utilizing artifacts such as business requirements documents (BRDs), JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirements alignment sessions Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gain alignment within constraints of the project or work Works closely with Product Managers, Business Owners and Technology teams to ensure requirements are in place and understood. Responsible for ensuring acceptance criteria is aligned. Works closely with Architects to ensure system implications/dependencies are understood. Facilitates requirement conversations with Technology Teams.

• Experience and functional requirements gathering
• Helping business owner and/or product manager groom backlog
• Including dependency management and architectural decisions in requirements
• Aligning overall scope and sequencing recommendations with product manager
• Utilizes artifacts such as JIRA, Confluence and Business Process Documentation to facilitate requirement alignment sessions

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of business analyst experience within eCommerce industry
• Experience providing requirements for medium to large initiatives
• Experience working with both agile and waterfall delivery methodologies
• Demonstrated experience translating strategy into feature development roadmaps
• Demonstrated experience making tradeoffs between business needs and technology constraints while keep the guests need at top of mind
