Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN)

Location: Monroe, New York
Compensation: $325,000–$375,000 Base Salary + $50,000 Sign-On Bonus

Purple Cow Recruiting is seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN) to join a growing women’s health team in Monroe, New York. The OB/GYN Physician will provide comprehensive women’s healthcare services, including obstetric care, gynecologic care, preventive health services, reproductive health management, and surgical procedures. Providers will work across both outpatient clinic and hospital settings while collaborating closely with advanced practice providers, midwives, and interdisciplinary clinical staff. The schedule includes three outpatient or surgical days weekly and one 24-hour hospital call shift per week.

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care for patients across all stages of life
• Manage routine and high-risk pregnancies, prenatal care, labor, and postpartum care
• Diagnose and treat gynecologic conditions and reproductive health concerns
• Perform gynecologic procedures and surgeries as appropriate
• Conduct annual wellness exams and preventive women’s health screenings
• Collaborate with midwives, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and hospital teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system
• Participate in hospital call coverage one 24-hour shift per week
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered, evidence-based care

• Three 8-hour outpatient clinic and/or surgical days weekly

Required

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Obstetrician Gynecologist (OB/GYN)
• Active New York medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Strong clinical and surgical OB/GYN skills
• Ability to manage routine and complex obstetric cases
• Comfortable practicing in both outpatient and hospital settings

• Experience collaborating with midwives and advanced practice providers
