Member Experience Advisor
Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union
Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union is seeking a Member Advisor to interact with members through lobby, drive-thru, phone, and remote channels. You will assist with deposits, transfers, card support, and Online Banking, while building trusted relationships with members. Responsibilities include processing transactions, educating members on self-serve options, verifying endorsements, and handling inquiries about accounts.
