At Broad River Rehab , we are committed to changing lives through exceptional rehabilitation services. We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP CCC ) to join our team and provide high-quality care to residents in skilled nursing facilities throughout Central Ohio.

Full-Time Opportunity Option One: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Tuscany and Reynoldsburg. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Option Two: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Westerville and Johnstown. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Option Three: Full time Split between 2 Skilled Nursing Facilities in Johnstown and Tuscany. Drive time and Mileage is paid when traveling between the facilities. Part-Time Opportunities Also Available

Part-time schedules are available at each individual location:

• Johnstown, OH
• Westerville, OH
• Tuscany, OH
• Reynoldsburg, OH

Position Summary

As a Speech-Language Pathologist , you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of speech therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident’s life.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions and assistive devices
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment goals and home exercise programs
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning activities

Qualifications

• • Speech-Language Pathologist license in state of employment
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA Certification
  • 1-2 years of experience preferred.
