Integration and Test Engineer

Job Description: Integration Test Engineer We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Test Engineer to join our team in New Jersey . The ideal candidate will support unit-level radio performance integration and verification, collaborating with firmware, software, and hardware development teams. This role involves troubleshooting, documenting test procedures, and continuously improving test processes. Key Responsibilities: Support unit-level radio performance integration and verification. Assist product development teams, including firmware, software, and hardware. Develop and document test procedures and results. Troubleshoot performance issues and test failures to determine root causes. Drive continuous improvements in test processes. Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders. Key Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s degree (preferred) in Electrical Engineering (EE), Computer Science (CS), or a related field. Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, including network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and high-speed oscilloscopes. Familiarity with Keysight Open RAN Studio is a plus. Experience working with power systems (48V) is a plus. Proficiency in Linux and Windows operating system configuration . Strong understanding of wireless technologies (e.g., LTE, 5G-NR) and industry standards (e.g., 3GPP). Experience with Atlassian JIRA and Bitbucket . Expertise in test execution, results collection, and report generation . Knowledge of Open RAN and synchronization solutions (e.g., PTP, SyncE) is beneficial. Understanding of network configurations , including DHCP, VLANs, IPv4, and IPv6 . Ability to collaborate professionally with customers and partners. Experience in scripting or programming , preferably in Python and Shell . Familiarity with XML and RPC interfaces . Knowledge of AISG/ALD devices is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
