Head of AI Builders Platform & Product Strategy

Adobe seeks a senior product leader to own the agentic development platform and build the organizational framework from the ground up. You will shape strategy, process, and execution to enable 15,000 builders at Adobe to ship software with AI.
You will translate strategy into roadmaps and measurable success, own the platform across three agentic modes, and drive adoption at scale with a focus on shipping and minimal bottlenecks.
