Respiratory Therapist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at Skyline Healthcare Center. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory therapy treatments to patients with respiratory impairments or diseases
Conduct pulmonary function tests and assessments to diagnose and monitor respiratory conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve lung function and overall health
Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive care and disease management
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
Requirements:
Minimum of 0 years of experience as a Respiratory Therapist
Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of respiratory care
