Pay & Schedule

• Rate: $92/hr (approx. $2,290/week)
• Shift: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 3x12 Day Shift
• On Call: No
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Start Date: 08/24/2026

Pay Differentials

• OT/Holiday: 1.15x multiplier
• Call Back: 1.5x multiplier, 2-hr minimum
• On Call Pay: $9/hr
• Charge/Precept Pay: $6/hr
• Billable OT: 36–40 hrs/week; OT billable after 40 or 48 hrs/week (after 48)

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year Med Surg, Post-Op, or Stepdown experience
• Surgical / post-op surgical experience
• Comfortable with 5–7 patient ratio
• BLS (AHA) certification
• State license: Iowa or Illinois
• At least 1 year gap since last employment at the health system
• Taxable address outside 50 miles of facility
