Lead Medical Assistant / Clinical Office Coordinator EPA Job Ref: 33651 Category: Medical Assistant Location: 38 Highland Common East, Hudson, MA 01749 Department: Urgent Care Hudson Schedule: Per Diem Shift: Day/Eve shift Hours: 8:00-8:00, 9:00-5:00 Pay Range: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour Job Summary Reporting to the Practice Manager/Office Manager, the Lead Medical Assistant / Clinical Office Coordinator works under the direct supervision of the Physician(s), and is responsible for ensuring and overseeing medical assistant support, as well as maintaining patient preparation and supporting the physician(s) with clinical and office duties. Minimum Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or equivalent and completion of a Medical Assistant course required. Experience: Two-four years of relevant work experience as a Medical Assistant in a medical/physician office required. Licensure and/or Certification: State Certification and CPR Certification required. Skills: Computer skills with the GE Centricity electronic medical record (EMR), Meditech, preferred and the ability to maintain confidential information, strong interpersonal communication skills on the phone and in person, customer service skills.
