Human Resources Internship – Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Company: Venture Global Solutions S.A.S. Location: Remote / Hybrid Position Type: Internship Department: Human Resources / Recruiting About Venture Global Solutions Venture Global Solutions S.A.S. is a growing business process outsourcing company that supports U.S.-based businesses with professional administrative, customer service, recruiting, and operational support. We are expanding our team and looking for motivated interns who are interested in gaining real-world experience in Human Resources, recruiting, and talent acquisition. Internship Overview The Human Resources Intern will support the HR and recruiting team with candidate sourcing, applicant screening, interview coordination, job board management, and applicant tracking system organization. This internship is ideal for students interested in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or related fields who want hands‑on experience in recruiting and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Source and screen candidates for open positions Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates Schedule interviews between applicants and hiring managers Post, update, and manage job openings on job boards Organize and maintain applicant information in the applicant tracking system Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process Assist with candidate follow-ups and interview confirmations Support the HR team with recruiting reports and administrative tasks Help maintain accurate and organized recruiting records Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Professional written and verbal communication Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, job boards, and online platforms Interest in recruiting, HR, talent acquisition, or business operations Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required What You Will Learn How to source and screen candidates How to use and maintain an applicant tracking system How to coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants How job boards and recruiting pipelines are managed How HR supports company growth and hiring operations Real-world recruiting and HR administrative experience Why Join Us This internship offers practical, hands‑on experience in a growing international company.
