Job Family:Business OperationsTravel Required:Up to 25%Clearance Required:NoneWhat You Will Do:Role SummaryThe Project Management Lead (PML) supports Revenue Cycle implementation initiatives and Special Accounts Receivable (AR) projects by providing structured coordination, documentation, tracking, and communication support. This role partners closely with Project Managers, Operations Leaders, and Client stakeholders to ensure projects stay organized, on-track, and execution-focused across people, process, and technology workstreams. This is an execution-heavy, decision-light role designed to remove administrative burden from senior Project Managers and accelerate delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Coordination & Execution SupportMaintain integrated project plans, milestone trackers, RAID logs, and dependency trackingTrack action items, owners, and due dates across implementation and Special AR workstreamsCoordinate internal and client meetings, including scheduling, agendas, notes, and follow-upsSupport go-live, post-live, and stabilization activities for revenue cycle initiativesRevenue Cycle Implementation SupportAssist with implementation readiness activities including current-state intake, data collection, and validationSupport deployment of AR, denial management, cash posting, credit balance, and follow-up initiativesCoordinate training logistics, materials distribution, and attendance trackingTrack punch-list items and post-implementation remediation effortsSpecial AR & Targeted WorkstreamsSupport short-term, high-focus AR initiatives such as aging reduction and backlog burn-downsTrack production metrics, volume trends, and target milestones for Special AR projectsConsolidate operational inputs into executive-ready status updatesSupport transitions between implementation, project, and steady-state operationsSupport SOP DevelopmentAdministrative support for Projects, Solutions, and CampaignsReporting & DeliverablesPrepare weekly and monthly project status reports, dashboards, and leadership updatesCompile data for governance decks, MORs, and client communicationsEnsure project artifacts are organized, version-controlled, and audit-readySupport documentation of workflows, SOP updates, and project close-out materialsWhat You Will Need:Requires a University Degree and minimum 6-8 years of prior relevant experience; (Relevant experience may be substituted for formal education or advanced degree)6 years of experience in project coordination/project management, PMO, or healthcare operations supportExperience with healthcare revenue cycle functions including AR, billing, denials, and cash postingStrong organizational skills with excellent attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and TeamsAbility to manage multiple workstreams in deadline-driven environmentsAbility to travel 10-25%What Would be Nice to Have:Prior experience supporting revenue cycle implementations or AR performance initiativesFamiliarity with Epic or Meditech revenue cycle workflowsPMP, CAPM, or project management coursework (preferred, not required)Experience in consulting, managed services, or large health systemsThe annual salary range for this position is $68,000.00-$113,000.00.
