General Manager

We are seeking a General Manager to lead the tam at Chez Fifi. Chez Fifi is part of We All Gotta Eat!, dynamic multi-unit, multi-concept restaurant group with locations ithat includes Michelin Star Sushi Noz locations in NYC and soon LA, as well as, Fooq's and Eleventh Street Pizza locations in Miami.

We are seeking a talented and experienced General Manager to lead the team at Chez Fifi, a French Bistro and Salon, located on the Upper East Side, that features a French menu with Basque influence, an award winning wine list and curated cocktail program in our upstairs Salon.

The General Manager will be a first point of contact for our guest, and serve as a hands-on-leader by example on the floor to continue to establish a clientele of neighborhood and destination guests. The GM should have a strong knowledge of French cuisine, and wines. As well as experience with administration, staffing and training and development of a team. 

The role will include daily financial reporting and operations analysis to achieve budgeted goals while operating correctly.

This role reports to our Owners, and works in full collaboration with our full management team for FOH, and with our Executive Chef and Wine and Bar and Marketing and Events teams to deliver world class experiences for our guests.

Requirements include;
Must have a flexible, full-time schedule. 
Strong knowledge of French food and wine
Multi-lingual is a plus, but not requried.
Knowledge of Toast, Microsoft Office, Payroll Admin., scheduling and payroll admin.
Knowledge of NYS & NYC Wage & Hour Law
NYC Food Protection Certification
Ability to inspire and lead a respectful and inspiring environment with world class service and food and wine for our staff and guests.
