Sugar & Spice Bake Shoppe, located in Windham, NH, is looking for an experienced Decorator/Baker to join our team. If you have 5 years of experience in baking and decorating, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll DoAs a Decorator/Baker at Sugar & Spice Bake Shoppe, your role will include a mix of artistry and precision. Your responsibilities will include:
- Creating and decorating a variety of baked goods, including cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and more.
- Ensuring all products meet our high standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
- Collaborating with the team to fulfill custom orders and bring client visions to life.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Managing baking schedules to ensure freshness and timely delivery.
We’re seeking a talented individual who brings both skill and passion to the table. To thrive in this role, you should have:
- 5 years of experience in baking and decorating.
- A strong eye for detail and a creative approach to design.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Knowledge of baking techniques, tools, and safety standards.
