There are two part-time positions available. Please see each schedule below.
Schedule 1
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 7:30am - 12:30pm
Wednesday 7:30am-11:30am
Schedule 2
Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 12:30pm - 5:30pm
Wednesday: 12:30pm - 4:30pm
Position Function - Under the direction of the Director of Administrative Services and/or designee, provides professional, courteous, and efficient front-desk and administrative support to the City departments. Serves as the initial point of contact for visitors, employees, residents, customers, and other members of the public.
Essential Duties% of Performance Performs duties necessary to support receptionist and general clerical functions. Duties include, but are not limited to: answering phones, directing calls and visitors, record keeping, drafting documents (e.g., phone lists, logs, etc.), filing and/or document storage, mail (in-take and distribution), calendar management, room reservations, guest service, information collection and dissemination, errands, etc. Position may assist with special projects and events.95% Performs additional duties as assigned.5% Total:100% Physical DemandFrequency BalancingO BendingR CarryingF ClimbingN
