LHH is partnering with a highly regarded boutique law firm in Washington, DC seeking an associate to join its growing International Regulatory practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated cross-border regulatory matters alongside experienced practitioners in a collaborative, high-touch environment. Key Responsibilities Advise clients on a broad range of international regulatory and compliance matters. Conduct legal research and analysis related to international trade, sanctions, export controls, and other cross-border regulatory issues. Draft memoranda, client alerts, regulatory submissions, and other transactional and advisory documents. Support client counseling on complex regulatory developments and risk management strategies. Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on sophisticated domestic and international matters. Participate in business development initiatives and client-facing activities as appropriate. Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and strong academic credentials. 3-6 years of experience in international regulatory, international trade, economic sanctions, export controls, customs, or related practice areas. Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Exceptional communication and client-service skills. Why Consider This Opportunity?
