We’re looking for a dependable, passionate Line Cook who takes pride in preparing quality food and enjoys being part of a fast-paced hospitality team. At Unicoi, you’ll have the opportunity to work across our unique dining outlets, including Smith Creek Tavern and Anna’s Italian , gaining experience with a variety of cuisines and cooking styles while serving guests from all over the region. What You’ll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines. Work efficiently across the line during busy service periods. Maintain proper food quality, portioning, temperatures, and sanitation standards. Complete prep work and ensure your station is stocked and ready for service. Communicate effectively with fellow cooks, servers, and management. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Follow all food safety and sanitation requirements. Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food products as needed. Contribute to a positive, team-oriented kitchen environment. What We’re Looking For Previous line cook or professional kitchen experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and pride in your work. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and a positive attitude. Ability to follow recipes, instructions, and food safety procedures. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
