• Unit: Cross-trained role covering both Emergency Department and Med-Surg

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent ER and Med-Surg experience
• Comfortable working independently in a dual-role setting
• Strong assessment, triage, and inpatient care skills
• Flexible and team-oriented
