About the Role

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President to join their dynamic sales organization. The successful candidate will be a seasoned Sales Leader with a proven track record in managing and developing a high-performing team of Account Executives. This role involves active participation in client and prospect meetings, cross-functional collaboration with internal partners, and a strong focus on mentoring and coaching the sales team. The Regional Vice President will be responsible for all aspects of team development, including recruiting, hiring, and training, as well as reporting on sales activities and forecasting to senior management. Candidates for the Regional Vice President position should have a minimum of 2 years of sales leadership experience, leading a team of at least seven quota-carrying sales professionals. A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. The role requires a leader with excellent presentation, executive engagement, and negotiation skills, who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with a strong drive for results, and the ability to lead by example in a consultative, collaborative, and influential manner. Experience in the software, infrastructure, or platform space, particularly within SaaS, IaaS, or PaaS, is essential. The Regional Vice President will be expected to be a courageous communicator, a trusted advisor to both customers and colleagues and a resourceful leader with a focus on driving customer awareness and engagement.
