Sales Coordinator

Position Purpose:

The Sales Coordinator assists with general administration tasks in support of management and executives. They prepare, arrange and coordinates sales-related events and projects. The Sales Coordinator authors and prepares presentations and proposals for prospective customers, and generates, maintains, and updates sales reports and prospective client lists.

Essential Functions:

Provide support to sales leadership in all prospecting efforts including communication follow up and acting as a liaison between prospect and sales leadership.
- Lead coordination and processing of sales literature and materials to be provided to prospective clients.
- Support quoting and estimation process for prospective clients.
Process sales orders and invoices for current clients. Process changes orders and work collaboratively with operations to ensure sales orders and change orders are processed appropriately through the manufacturing process.
Provide support in sales systems to ensure product changes or updates are made in a timely fashion.
Work in collaboration with production to release sales orders into production by ensuring products are properly registered and authorized for production.
Works with production and logistics to ensure product warranties, sales invoices and other related information is provided at time a product is delivered to client.
Coordinates tradeshows and other sales related events for sales leadership team.
Support travel coordination for various individuals or departments.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer savvy to navigate sales and production systems/tools as well as standard office equipment
Ability to self-manage and prioritize time and deliverables

Education & Experience

1-3 years in administrative or sales support role
Associate or bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, or related field (preferred)
