Q&U (Compass) is one of the fastest-growing real estate teams in the Philadelphia metro. Backed by Compass and a record of $1B+ in career sales , we built a recruiting and agent support machine. In this role, you’ll own the agent recruiting pipeline and help keep that growth moving, with leadership joining you on high-value closing calls. What you’ll be responsible for This is a sales-focused recruiting position. You’ll manage the full candidate journey from first contact through signed team agreements , using a blend of high-volume outreach, qualification, and persistent follow-up. Own the recruiting pipeline from lead to signed agent Run 20+ outbound and inbound recruiting conversations per week Pre-qualify every candidate using the team scorecard system Sell the team’s value , including brand, leads, support, training, culture, and income potential Book qualified discovery calls and in-person meetings with leadership Direct a VA caller for top-of-funnel outreach Source candidates through LinkedIn, the Compass network, Facebook groups, referrals, and ads Maintain KPIs in your CRM with daily and weekly activity tracking Track and report pipeline metrics , including calls made, appointments set, and agents signed Follow up relentlessly until every lead reaches a decision First months plan Month 1: Learn Q&U value proposition, culture, and competitive advantages; shadow leadership recruiting calls and in-person meetings; master Follow Up Boss and the recruiting workflow; build your candidate pipeline from all sourcing channels; target 2 signed agents Month 2: Run discovery calls independently and manage the full funnel; 15+ conversations per week ; target 2–3 signed agents Month 3: Full ownership of recruiting operations; 20+ conversations per week with consistent pipeline flow; target 3 signed agents , building toward 4+ per month from month 4 Tools and channels you’ll use Follow Up Boss (CRM, pipeline management, automated follow-up) Notion (recruiting scorecard, onboarding tracker, operating system) LinkedIn , Facebook , and Indeed for paid and organic sourcing CRM for activity and pipeline reporting VA caller support that you manage Compass brand and platform plus a content library (videos, social media, and marketing materials) Leadership access , including direct founder connection for closing high-value recruits What we need from you 1–3+ years in recruiting, sales, or business development (real estate experience is a plus, not required) A strong preference for phone-based relationship building Competitive motivation with performance-based pay Ability to move fast , follow up hard, and run your own day Skill in creating trust and urgency without pressure Resilience to handle rejection without losing momentum Drive to contribute at a growing company with real upside Compensation and benefits Base salary: $60,000 per year Onboarding bonus: $250 for each recruit who completes onboarding Production bonus: $100 for every deal your recruits close in their first 12 months Year 1 OTE: $90,000–$105,000 Year 2 OTE: $115,000–$135,000+ No cap: earn more as your recruited agents perform Benefits: health insurance, vision insurance, paid time off Flexible schedule Growth: leadership track as the team scales Location and schedule Ardmore, PA (hybrid) #J-18808-Ljbffr
