Physician Liaison

Access Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a Physician Liaison to build and maintain strong referral relationships with physicians and healthcare providers for our outpatient therapy clinics. In this role, you will regularly visit medical offices, educate providers and staff about our physical, occupational, and speech therapy services, and communicate patient outcomes and program updates. The liaison will track referral patterns, analyze territory performance, and collaborate with clinic directors and marketing to grow volume while supporting our patient-centered, evidence-based care mission.
