Links Car Wash Team MemberWe are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Links Car Wash Team Member. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional wash quality and customer service to our valued customers. Your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and effectively ensure clean vehicles and happy customers using our state-of-the-art car wash equipment.Responsibilities:Operate automated car wash equipment and perform vehicle cleaning services.Assess vehicle needs and ensure quality results through final inspectionsProvide friendly, professional customer service, including payment processing and service informationAddress customer questions or concerns promptly and courteouslyMaintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility and equipmentFollow all safety guidelines and company policiesWork collaboratively with team members to support daily operations and customer satisfactionOther duties as assignedRequirements:Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment is preferred but not required.Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.Strong customer service and communication skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turningMust be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
