Has strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills to effectively manage project teams and achieve successful outcomes.Certifications: SAFe Agile certification and/or PMP certification from an accredited institution is preferredWhat you'll do:Responsible for defining the project scope, goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders. Utilizes SAFe Agile principles, the IT Project Lead shall facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. Tracks tasks, epics, user stories, and issues in Jira, while monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing effective mitigation strategies.Communicates project status, risks, and escalations to leadership, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Fosters cross-team collaboration and implement Agile process improvements to ensure successful project delivery.
