This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a fast-growing, science-driven organization making a meaningful difference to patients worldwide.When & where:Location: Tarrytown, NY - On-siteDiscover your role:Manages multiple projects simultaneously within a cross-functional team environmentEstablishes and communicates timelines across research teams, both within and outside the departmentAnalyzes primary screening data using a variety of software tools and selects antibodies with desired functional propertiesEnsures accurate and complete capture of experimental data in internal databases and repositoriesPresents results from antibody discovery campaigns to team members, cross-functional partners, and senior leadershipStays current with scientific advances in the field and contributes to team strategyMines and summarizes data to support process improvements and enhance discovery pipelinesThis role requires:Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a related field with 2–4 years of relevant experienceEnjoys working in a high-throughput environment focused on discovering innovative therapies for serious medical conditionsBrings a collaborative, agile mindset and leverages technology creatively to accelerate drug discoveryHas experience using modern data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., advanced Excel, GraphPad Prism, Spotfire, Power BI, or similar platforms) to explore datasets, generate insights, and communicate resultsDemonstrates strong project management, analytical, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with basic scripting or automation tools (e.g., Python, R, or workflow tools) is a plus but not requiredExperience with laboratory automation and data management systems (e.g., LIMS) is a plusA strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals is preferredAdditional qualifications:Working knowledge of immunology, including antibody generation, structure, and characterization (strongly preferred)Proven experience analyzing large datasets and synthesizing results into clear conclusionsExperience with multi-well assays used in drug screening and high-throughput data analysis (preferred)Does this sound like you?
