Desktop Support TechnicianOur client is looking for a Desktop Support Technician to perform the following tasks:Requirements:On-site presence at our Boston office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday during business hoursOccasional Monday availability as neededStart date: as soon as possiblePrimary focus areas:Onboarding / offboardingHardware provisioning, deprovisioning, and asset managementMacBook/Windows end user support and basic macOS/Windows troubleshootingMicrosoft 365, Entra ID, SSO, MFA supportEmail / distribution lists / aliasesZoom, Slack, and general user supportSalesforce, Marketo, Clari — basic user access and troubleshootingManaging AV equipment in the boardroom, including preparation for All Hands meetingsMust-have skills:Microsoft 365 Admin (Basic)Entra ID / SSO (Basic)Windows 10/11 support (Intermediate)MacBook / macOS end user support (Intermediate)Hardware provisioning and deprovisioning (including asset recovery)Zoom Admin (Basic)Jira Service Management (Basic)
