Job Description: Prepare, proofread, and organize legal documents and correspondence. Support attorneys and paralegals with case preparation and daily legal operations. Maintain electronic and physical case files with exceptional accuracy. Schedule appointments, meetings, and important case deadlines. Communicate professionally with clients, courts, and outside parties. Assist with document management, filing, and administrative support. Learn new legal skills through hands‑on training with opportunities to grow into a Paralegal role. Qualifications: 1+ year of legal support experience required.
