Entry-Level Sales Representative
Imperium Elite — Columbus, OH
Full-Time | In-Person | Paid Training
Imperium Elite is looking for motivated, competitive individuals to join our Columbus team as Entry-Level Sales Representatives .
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, setting goals, and being rewarded based on performance.
In this role, you’ll represent telecommunications products and services through face-to-face B2B sales , working directly with local businesses throughout an assigned territory. No previous sales experience is required — we provide paid initial training and ongoing coaching.
What You'll Do
- Meet face-to-face with prospective business customers
- Present telecommunications products and service options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Build professional relationships with local businesses
- Prospect for new customers within an assigned territory
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Participate in ongoing sales and product training
Compensation & Training
- Paid initial training
- 100% commission-based after training
- Representatives typically earn $800–$1,200 per week in commissions
- Actual earnings vary based on individual performance and are not guaranteed
- Weekly pay and performance-based incentives
- Ongoing coaching and professional development

Candidates must be 18+, authorized to work in the U.S., and have reliable transportation for local travel.
