Registered Nurse Wound Care

Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Wound Care to provide specialized assessment and treatment for acute and chronic wounds in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. The RN will perform comprehensive wound assessments, develop and implement evidence-based care plans, administer dressings and therapies, and monitor healing progress. Responsibilities include patient and family education, coordination with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, accurate documentation in the EMR, and adherence to infection prevention and safety standards. This role supports quality improvement initiatives and offers opportunities for professional growth in an innovative, mission-driven health system.
