Recruiter

Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support our Holland and Grand Rapids Branch operations. This is a temporary-to-hire opportunity for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about connecting talent with career opportunities.

The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting activities, workforce management support, and delivering exceptional service to both candidates and clients. This role requires regular travel between our Holland and Grand Rapids Branches.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of positions.

• Manage recruiting activities through applicant tracking systems and internal tools.

• Build and maintain talent pipelines to support client hiring needs.

• Conduct candidate onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation processes.

• Partner with Branch leadership to meet staffing goals and workforce demands.

• Maintain regular communication with associates throughout their employment lifecycle.

• Attend hiring events, job fairs, and community networking activities as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and recruiting best practices.

• Travel regularly between Holland and Grand Rapids Branch locations to support recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting technologies.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

• Ability to travel regularly between Holland and Grand Rapids.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour , based on experience.

Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
