Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel MRI Technologist with 3+ years of experience for a weekend-heavy rotation including call coverage.

Details

• Hospital-based MRI department with a 250-bed facility
• Serves outpatient, ED, and inpatient patient populations
• 1 magnet on unit using GE 450W equipment
• Utilizes Epic EMR
• 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Schedule includes every other Thursday, every Friday, every Saturday, and every Sunday
• Call rotation required
• Minimal floating required

Requirements

• 3+ years of MRI Technologist experience required
• Current BLS certification required
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
• License required if applicable
• Proficiency with GE MRI equipment and Epic EMR required
• MRI safety knowledge required
• Breast MRI imaging experience preferred
• Pacemaker scanning experience preferred

Additional Information

• Perform MRI imaging for outpatient, ED, and inpatient cases
• Participate in call rotation as needed
• Charcoal grey scrubs required
• Weekend coverage required every Saturday and Sunday
• Local candidates within a 50-mile radius accepted at a reduced rate
