Medical Assistant Certified

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Medical Assistant Certified to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly. Responsibilities: * Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner * Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff * Escort patients to exam rooms * Enter patients vitals and reason for visit into EMR * Work with multiple providers including ENT and Allergy * Administer allergy injections * Order testing such as MRI, CT, barium swallow, etc. * Answering a multi-line phone and schedule patients * Communicate with insurance companies for prior authorizations * Must travel between our Duluth and Snellville locations Qualifications: * Previous experience in healthcare administration or other related fields * Strong customer service skills and friendly demeanor * Familiarity with medical billing procedures * Strong organizational skills * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Company Description Multi-specialty practice with ENT, Audiology, Neurology, and Allergy Company Description Multi-specialty practice with ENT, Audiology, Neurology, and Allergy
