Schedule:  Mon-Fri (7am - 3:30pm)

What You'll Do:

• Ensures department is in compliance with all safety standards and procedures at all times;

immediately addresses safety concerns.

• Manages, mentors, and motivates staff.
• Makes hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.
• Monitors time and attendance; approves time off requests, ensures the accuracy of

timekeeping system for payroll purposes.

• Prepares and communicates performance evaluations according to deadlines.
• Monitors performance and takes appropriate and timely disciplinary action as needed.
• Addresses staff's issues and concerns on a timely basis; provides resolutions to problems.
• Trains staff on the use of all ERP tools and operations processes and procedures.
• Delegates work and coordinates schedules utilizing available skills, knowledge and experience.
• Supports and ensures adherence to company's policies, procedures, and practices.
• Ensures business objectives regarding volume, quality, and cost are met or exceeded;

develops and executes production plan in the most cost effective and timely manner.

• Establishes manufacturing priorities and allocates resources.
• Ensures all products being produced meet quality standards and ensures continual

improvement with overall quality of product.

• Identifies issues effecting efficiencies and develops and implements solutions as necessary.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role within an electromechanical assembly / testing manufacturing environment or experience in other closely related fields.

What Sets You Apart:

• Associate's Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or Business 
• IPC Certified 
• Hands-on soldering experience and knowledge of surface mount and through hole assembly procedures and standards. 
• Ability to read and interpret drawings. 
• Experience with MRP systems and SAP preferred. 
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. 
• Strong analytical skills. 
• Strong leadership skills. 
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
