Integrated Behavioral Health Provider (PsyD, PhD, or LICSW) - Reliant Medical Group

Position Overview Reliant Medical Group , part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a full‑time PsyD, PhD, LICSW or LMHC to join our Integrated Behavioral Health Division in Worcester, MA. Primary Responsibilities Hybrid model: 1–2 days on-site and the remainder remote from your home. Electronic equipment included. Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, symptoms and conditions, including substance use disorders. Enhance patient engagement by using evidence‑based tools such as cognitive behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing. Help implement treatment plans with site‑specific Integrated Clinicians and regional prescribers (nurse practitioners and psychiatrists). Knowledge of health psychology is preferred. Experience with substance abuse and addiction is preferred. Preferred Experience Working within an integrated model. Minimum 3 years practice experience. Required Qualifications PhD, PsyD, LICSW, or LMHC. Unlimited licensure in the state of Massachusetts. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $69,100 to $103,800 annually, based on full-time employment. Competitive compensation. Dedicated CME time and allowance. Excellent PTO package.
