Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the emergency department Provide immediate and effective interventions for patients with acute illnesses or injuries Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, procedures, and post‑discharge care Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care activities Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Skills and Qualifications Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Proven experience in emergency or critical care nursing preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure Knowledge of emergency medical procedures and protocols BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification (or willingness to obtain) Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays We foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that values continuous learning and professional development.
