Shop Floor Lean & Continuous Improvement Leader
Hyperion Materials & Technologies
Hyperion Materials & Technologies Inc. is seeking a Continuous Improvement Leader to drive the deployment of the Production Units' CI and Operational Excellence strategy on the shop floor. You will supervise local CI teams, implement CIS programs, and lead Lean projects through Kaizen events while aligning with global best practices. Ideal candidates hold a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, 5+ years in CI/Lean roles, and a track record leading Value Stream Maps and Kaizen funnels. #J-18808-Ljbffr
