While previous orthodontic experience is preferred, we are committed to providing thorough training and mentorship for the right candidate. Applicants must hold a current RDA license and demonstrate a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay

$28~$35 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Orthodontist during clinical procedures (wire changes, bonding, and adjustments).
Take high-quality diagnostic records, including digital X-rays, intraoral photos, and impressions/scans.
Provide clear and encouraging instructions to patients regarding appliance care and oral hygiene.
Prepare and sterilize instruments while maintaining a clean and efficient clinical area.
Manage patient flow effectively to ensure a positive and timely experience for every visitor.
