About the Role As Senior Producer, you will be responsible for end-to-end management of production projects including but not limited to broadcast productions, social video production, still shoots, social, experiential/activations and/or mobile platform campaigns. You are responsible for delivering a completed project on time, on specification, and on budget. The Senior Producer also manages senior‑level relationships and oversees implementation of tactical plans while ensuring deliverables are on strategy and meet quality standards. The Senior Producer may directly manage other producers. You must demonstrate an excellent understanding of project management tools and best‑practice methodology, and flexibility to lead diverse and dynamic teams to deliver balanced integrated solutions. What You’ll Do Manage large projects independently from initiation through completion Oversee all production activities (pre‑production, shoots, post‑production) Work with stakeholders to create, develop, produce, and deliver content to our client Liaise across departments and brand leads including account services, creative teams, production consultants, brand leads, strategy, business affairs, etc Serve as the expert on integrated marketing campaigns, working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced joint agency environment Serve as the main agency contact on your projects: help define and maintain vision, clarify strategic requirements, demystify complex ideas, and manage team expectations Develop realistic and justifiable estimates, scope and timeline for all projects, and be accountable for the scope and budget as the project progresses Track ongoing costs throughout project lifecycle, and reconcile estimates to actuals on all projects Proactively identify project issues/risks, assists in issue/risk resolution Meets regularly with key stakeholders to contribute toward the overall development and health of the account Ongoing review of production process and practices with an eye toward enhancing and increasing effectiveness Manages a small to mid‑size team to successfully execute programs/projects Manages multiple projects within time/budget constraints Optimizes workstreams and finds ways to create output more efficiently (e.g., team reallocation) Mentors junior members of the team in problem solving/course correcting projects Is an experienced, calm leader of the internal and external cross‑functional team – inspires team to strive for superior client results and team accomplishments; proactively identifies and solves conflict among team members Experience across the production lifecycle from in‑camera capture to multi‑channel deployment Strong understanding of the post process and the resources needed to deliver projects across stills, video, animation and digital What You’ll Need 4+ years of production experience in an interactive or integrated agency or similar environment Experience with live action, celebrities, SAG, animation, experiential, etc Demonstrated ability to solve problems with the solution that works for all parties without compromising the quality of the deliverables or the project Innate understanding of the project finance, staffing and profitability and the relationship to project management Successful history of project leadership to clients and account, with demonstrable experience in setting and managing stakeholder expectations

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job‑related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. Pay Range

$60,000 — $140,000 USD
