Pick & Packer

We are seeking a  Pick & Packer to support warehouse operations in the  Conejo Valley, CA area . This role focuses on accurate picking/packing using RF scanners, maintaining productivity goals, and supporting a safe, organized work environment.

Rotating schedule:

1 week: Monday–Wednesday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

2 week: Monday–Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Thursday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Please note that this does not eliminate the possibility of overtime when needed.

During training:

During the first two weeks of training hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Use  RF scanner to accurately pick the correct products and quantities
• Use  terminal/scanner to accurately pack the correct products and quantities
• Meet  productivity goals and assigned schedules
• Maintain a  clean and organized work environment
• Move products accurately into and out of the  consolidation area
• Follow order instructions carefully, including  label application and applying  stamps as required
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager

Qualifications

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in  packaging, receiving, and picking products

Preferred Skills

• Strong computer skills including  scanning/RF experience
• Excellent attention to detail (accurate item and quantity selection)
• Respectful, collaborative team approach
• Strong work ethic; able to work independently with minimal oversight
• Customer service mindset to support internal and external partners

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry 25–50 lbs regularly

Safety Requirement

• Must be able to perform the job safely without endangering the health or safety of self or others.

Education

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
