SUMMARY / OBJECTIVE
The Valet Parking Attendant is responsible for greeting guests, safely parking and retrieving vehicles, processing parking transactions, and handling cash or credit card payments when required. This role plays a key part in Epic Valet's first impression at high-profile locations across the Denver metro area. Ideal candidates are energetic, customer-focused, comfortable with basic cashiering or payment handling, and thrive in fast-paced, outdoor environments. This position is part of Epic Valet's Denver market launch, offering opportunities for growth and advancement within a rapidly expanding region. Base hourly rate: $12.14 per hour plus tips(tipped position) (For Arapahoe County Englewood Location) Guaranteed to earn at least $15.16 per hour, including tips or more. Epic Valet has been a leader in hospitality parking services for more than 27 years. Founded in Phoenix, Arizona, we currently operate at over 50 premier locations and support between 200 and 400 private events each year. Our experience includes servicing two of Arizona's largest events: the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction and the WM Phoenix Open. Position Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Greet guests with a professional, friendly, and welcoming demeanor

• Open car and venue doors and assist with belongings as needed

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles while running

• Maintain key organization and security at all times, following proper key tracking procedures

• Assist with basic vehicle condition checks and report concerns

• Process parking fee transactions and handle cash or credit card payments accurately when required

• Maintain valet stand cleanliness and restock necessary supplies

• Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure operational flow

• Work at various site locations as assigned

• Follow all safety standards to prevent vehicle or guest incidents

• Assist with traffic flow, event logistics, or other valet-related duties when needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum two years of driving experience
• Valid United States driver's license
• Clean driving record for the past five years (Motor Vehicle Record check required)
• Ability to operate a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic transmissions
• Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in varying weather conditions
• Personal smartphone with internet access for communication and clock-in/out purposes

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
• Previous valet, hospitality, automotive, or customer service experience
• Experience handling luxury vehicles
• Cash handling or basic point-of-sale experience

SCHEDULE EXPECTATIONS
• Part-time or full-time shifts available
• Typical availability is 2 to 3 shifts per week minimum
• Days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Assignments may include valet, doorman, front desk support, shuttle, or bellman roles (training provided)

COMPENSATION And Benefits

• Base hourly rate: $12.14 per hour plus tips(tipped position) (For Arapahoe County Englewood Location)
• Guaranteed to earn at least $15.16 per hour, including tips or more. (For Arapahoe County Englewood Location)
• Tips are pooled based on location and distributed over a 24-hour period or by shift, and divided proportionally based on hours worked
• Tip pool applies only to hourly employees assigned to that location or shift
• Pay rates are reviewed annually in accordance with applicable wage laws
• Additional earning opportunities depend on site placement, performance, and shift availability
• Health insurance eligibility if averaging 30+ hours per week
• 401(k) retirement plan (no employer match)
• HSA (no employer match with some eligibility requirements)

WORK ENVIRONMENT
• Work is primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.)
• Fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Travel required within the Greater Denver area based on assigned locations

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Frequently:
• Stand and run short distances throughout an 8-hour shift
• Bend, kneel, or crouch to assist guests or inspect vehicles
• Navigate stairs, hills, and uneven surfaces
Occasionally:
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., luggage or equipment)
Vision:
• Must meet visual requirements necessary to maintain a valid driver's license
