Schedule: 5 × 8-Hour Shifts (40 Hours/Week)
Weekend: Weekend availability required
Pay Rate: $57–$60/hour
Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,280–$2,400/week
Assignment Type: Travel/Local Contract
Scrubs: Blue
Priority: URGENT – PRIORITY NEED

Job Summary

Encompass Health Rehabilitation Institute of Tucson is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) for an urgent 13-week contract assignment .

The Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans designed to improve functional independence, mobility, activities of daily living, and overall quality of life.

Arizona-licensed candidates who are immediately ready to work should be prioritized.

Requirements

• Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license or eligibility for licensure in Arizona

• Arizona OT License highly preferred

• Previous acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, or rehabilitation hospital experience preferred

• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-care skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Must be available for weekend coverage

• Must be able to work 40 hours per week

• Ability to commit to the full 13-week contract

Required Credentials

• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited program

• Active OT license

• Arizona OT License highly preferred

• Current BLS Certification

• Inpatient rehabilitation/acute care experience preferred
