About the role The Accounts Receivable Specialist position at Kings River Packing, LP supports the Accounting department by ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and payments. This role is responsible for maintaining organized and current vendor records, verifying invoice coding and approvals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and tax requirements. The Accounts Payable Specialist contributes to the overall efficiency of financial operations by providing accurate documentation, clear communication with vendors, and reliable support to the accounting team.
