Patient Care Assistant Vital Support & Residency

Huntsville Hospital Health System

Huntsville Hospital Health System is seeking a Health Care Assistant (HCA) to support nursing units by providing technical patient care and clerical support. Responsibilities include vital signs, ADLs assistance, transport, and discharge coordination, along with directing calls and maintaining patient charts.

The role requires HS/GED, BCLS by orientation, and prior patient care or clerical experience; CNA certification is preferred. A strong familiarity with medical terminology is a plus.
