Position Overview

The Full Life Cycle / 360 IT Recruiter is a high-performing professional responsible for selling, recruiting, and delivering from a dedicated desk. This individual brings deep expertise in a defined IT niche and serves as a primary driver of revenue. The Recruiter is expected to understand market trends intimately and possess the confidence to close both high-level clients and specialized candidates.
Key Responsibilities

• Business Development: Generates new business within a specific IT niche through aggressive outbound sales, strategic networking, and referral management.
• Client Consultation: Sells recruiting solutions directly to hiring managers while acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on market conditions.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Owns the entire recruitment life cycle, from initial sourcing and headhunting to final offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Pipeline Management: Builds and maintains robust candidate pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of high-quality talent.
• Performance Excellence: Meets or exceeds established KPIs, including call volume, interviews, submittals, starts, and overall revenue targets.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 7 years of 360 full life cycle recruiting experience specifically in IT Permanent Placement (Perm) is required.
• Niche Expertise: Demonstrated and proven success within a specific IT vertical. Preferred niches include:
  
  • Cloud & Infrastructure
  • DevOps & SRE
  • Data Science & Analytics
  • Cybersecurity
  • ERP (JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Sales Proficiency: Strong hunter mentality with demonstrated skills in sourcing, pitching, and closing high-value contracts.
• Professional Attributes: The candidate must be competitive, self-directed, and consistently metrics-driven.
• Geography: Must be physically located in Washington State or the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area .

• Typical OTE: Expected earnings range from $150,000 to $250,000+ , directly correlating to experience and niche performance.
