Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 10-Hour Shifts, 4 Days per Week (7:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Operating Room during scheduled day shifts, Monday through Friday
• Participate in an on-call rotation requiring approximately 4–5 on-call shifts per month, including weekday and weekend call coverage
• Respond to on-call assignments within 30 minutes of notification
• Adhere to monthly scheduling processes, with drafts released on the 5th and finalized on the 15th of each month for the following calendar month
• Coordinate and trade on-call shifts with team members as needed within departmental guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Washington
• Operating Room nursing experience
• Ability to meet a 30-minute on-call response time requirement
• Availability for weekday on-call shifts (5:30 PM – 7:00 AM, approximately 13.5 hours) and weekend on-call shifts (24-hour coverage)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a PACU or perioperative setting in addition to OR
• Familiarity with self-scheduling systems and collaborative shift-trade environments
