Real Estate Analyst

A leading real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst to join its Finance team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced investment and finance professionals, supporting corporate financial analysis, financial modeling, capital markets initiatives, and strategic planning across a growing real estate platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in building and maintaining complex financial models, supporting capital markets activities, analyzing portfolio and business performance, and delivering financial insights that support strategic decision-making across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain complex corporate financial models to support business planning, investment decisions, and strategic initiatives Perform financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and FP&A activities to evaluate company and portfolio performance Support capital markets and financing initiatives through financial modeling and analytical support Prepare financial analyses, presentations, investment materials, and reporting for internal stakeholders Analyze financial results, identify trends, and provide recommendations to support business decisions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing financial and strategic initiatives across the real estate platform Qualifications: 2–5 years of experience in real estate finance, investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills with experience building complex corporate financial models Experience with corporate finance, capital markets, or strategic financial planning Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling best practices Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Real Estate, Business, or a related field This role offers significant responsibility, exposure to corporate finance and strategic initiatives within a real estate platform, and the opportunity to work within a collaborative finance team.
