Your responsibilities will include conducting intakes and completing inquiry forms while reviewing admission packets to ensure they meet established criteria. In this position, you will maintain intake logs and gather data for Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives. Collaborating closely with physicians and the Director of Nursing, you will communicate potential admissions effectively.Additionally, you will initiate demographic entries on face sheets and episodes of care, compile insurance information for new admits, and assemble patient charts.
