The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic and hands-on HR partner to employees and management, with a primary focus on employee relations, workplace grievances, investigations, employee engagement, and policy compliance.This position will manage complex and sensitive employee concerns, conduct objective workplace investigations, advise management on corrective and disciplinary actions, and ensure employee relations matters are handled consistently, promptly, and in accordance with Company policy and applicable employment laws.
Duties & Responsibilities:- Serve as one of the primary HR contact for employee grievances, workplace conflicts, benefits questions, onboarding, and other employee life cycle questions that is part of an employee's journey
- Conduct thorough, impartial, and timely workplace investigations, including interviews, fact-finding, documentation review, detailed note-taking, findings, and recommended corrective actions
- Advise and coach managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations, conflict resolution, employee communication, and consistent application of Company policies
- Support compliance with applicable employment laws and HR practices, including reasonable accommodations, protected leaves, workplace conduct, anti-harassment, and policy implementation
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee relations records while identifying recurring issues, workplace risks, and opportunities for policy, training, or management improvement
Requirements:
- 4–6 years of progressive Human Resources experience , with strong hands-on experience handling employee relations, grievances, and workplace investigations.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish strongly preferred to effectively support a diverse workforce and communicate across different cultural and organizational backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to remain fair, neutral, and objective when assessing employee concerns and making HR recommendations.
- Excellent note-taking, documentation, interviewing, fact-finding, and written communication skills , with strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document sensitive employee matters.
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices related to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, accommodations, leaves, discipline, performance management, and termination.
