IT Help Desk Specialist - Enterprise Support
$24.25 - $34.89 per hourMesquite ISD
Mesquite ISD is hiring for an Auxiliary - Technical/Info Services/Technical Services role to deliver frontline IT support across a range of hardware and software issues. You will classify and troubleshoot problems, provide user training, and manage ticketed work orders for timely resolution.
The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and a Texas driver’s license, with 3+ years of enterprise IT experience and familiarity with HelpDesk software. Shift: Full-Time; wage: $24.25–$34.89/hour.
