Schedules guests to meet with a representative for a presentation.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities:Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals. (80%)Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%)Travel RequirementsNo travel outside of the home site's area.Minimum Requirements and QualificationsEducation:High School Diploma or equivalent is required.Knowledge and Skills:Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space.Technical Skills:Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices.Job Experience:1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required.Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.How You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
