Location: Fairbanks, AK
Pay: $20.00–$28.00/hour DOE
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM–4:00 PM or 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

On-call responsibilities rotate every other week.

Whether you're an experienced technician or someone looking to learn a specialized trade, this position offers the opportunity to repair, maintain, and install commercial coffee equipment for businesses throughout the Fairbanks area.

Key Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain, and install commercial coffee equipment, including brewers, espresso machines, grinders, blenders, and related equipment
• Diagnose equipment issues, perform preventative maintenance, and replace parts in both shop and field service environments
• Provide professional, friendly customer service during service calls
• Maintain accurate service records, equipment history, and required documentation
• Order parts and help maintain an organized inventory of tools, equipment, and service parts
• Keep service vehicles, shop areas, trailers, and equipment clean, organized, and ready for daily operations
• Assist with warehouse, production, and general facility projects as needed
• Complete required training while supporting team goals and continuous learning

Minimum Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required to operate a company service vehicle
• Ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to obtain vendor access for Fort Wainwright, Eielson Air Force Base, and Fairbanks International Airport
• Reliable with excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and accurately complete service documentation
• Willingness to learn new technical skills and complete required training
• Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools preferred
• Previous repair, maintenance, or service technician experience is helpful, but not required
• Background screening is part of the hiring process
• Must support a drug-free work environment
